Accommodation

Near the common area, are 20 private, comfortable tents. Each tent is on a raised wooden deck and under thatch which keeps them cool in the hot months. The beds have mosquito nets and en suite bathrooms with hot showers. Each room also has a flush loo. Every tent has wonderful views of Lake Burunge.

The rooms offered at this safari lodge are each supplied with 240v solar-generated power. In addition they have a standby generator especially if there is no solar power.

The main building at Lake Burunge is beneath a thatch and has a dining area, a central lounge plus a bar on an elevated wooden deck. The raised position is the perfect place to enjoy sundowners as well as observe the sun fading away beyond the lake. The Guests may as well enjoy Aperitifs at the warm fireplace
